So this was actually my first run of this spot. I had no idea how deep it was gonna be. I just grabbed my camera and went for it. I think I'll visit this spot a lot more next year. My main gripe with it is swallowing gnats but I have citronella candles I could try out next time. As the gnats didn't bother me at night around my gear I had stashed before mudding both times. Pro tip Candles actually really help to find your gear in remote areas with pokey things sitting around.

So I just go waist deep and wade around a bit. Then I sink up to my nose and touch the bottom. I'm 6ft tall so if this was my first sink I'd freak out cause there to get out of this mud it's so much more different in leverage yourself out of than clay. So? Me in playing in clay all summer made me get a reality check for unsubmerging from this stuff. I didn't push myself to bend my knees to go under because the suction behind me would make it twice as hard to push back up from the pressure on the back of my head so I said screw it in my head. I proceeded to extended the sinking session and crawl to big Open Void of the mud. (one of two. I need to explore the other side next spring and you'll probably see that in march or april at the earliest). Where I just sank all the way under while holding just the tiny gopro in my hand above the surface and you can see how beautiful my hazel colored eyes are and my skin slowly slowly slowly being taken by the mud. Not too slowly not too quick. Probably my favorite submerge I filmed this year. I definitely liked that submerge. I struggle to come up for real though. Cause like I said earlier it's SO much different to surface. This mud is just as hard getting in as it is getting out. It might not be That thick but the factor of it being a type of mud that you don't float in at all makes it difficult and a Tad dangerous if you stay under too long. That fact I leaned back to didn't help either. I come up with just A Head covered in mud. Theres a lot face plants after that and A Ton OF Teasing I mean like Teasing galor omg. Like I do this amazingly hot humping the camera session near the end and the pictures don't do it justice (like 50%) cause the sound of me humping the camera is like Mama Mia delicious audio. There's a clean up clip at the end of course .
